Creating a Tournament, it’s easier than you may think.
 
Anyone can create a tournament. First think of game that you may like or better yet that other members
would like to play. Then go to the Tournament Information Center located on the Arcade page. Click on
create a new tournament, fill out the options, then wait for the others to join.
 
A few tips when creating a tournament.
1) Pick 2 or 4 players (4 is best), never pick 8 as you won’t fill all the spots.
 
2) Number of retries should be limited, 1 to 4 each round, 3 seems to be best.
 
3) Publicize your tournament in the shoutbox. This will help getting members to join.
 
Once the required number of players have signed up each will then get a notification telling them that play
can start. You can play the number of required tries all at once or one then and another later. If you do not
play for 3 days you will be disqualified. After the first round the losers will be dropped out and the winners
advanced to the next round.
 
Tournament information for past and present will be available to view in “Tournament Information Center”
in the Arcade.

Tournament Rules
1. Created tournaments will be deleted after 7 days if they are not filled.
 
2. Once a tournament is filled by players and starts you will 4 days to start play from that start date. If you do not play at least 1 game you will be disqualified from that tournament by a member of the staff.
 
3. You will have a maximum of 4 days between each game per round to play. If at any time during a tournament you exceed that 4 day period you will be disqualified by a member of the staff.
 
3a. Rule 3 does not count for players who have the high score over there opponent as they can wait till there score is beaten before playing another game.
 
4. Any issues with a tournament or the tournament are to be reported to a member of the staff in a pm or in the tournament issue thread in the forums only.
 
Please note that tournament settings are correct however there is a coding issue with IPS which cannot be fixed at this time. Therefore you may or will not receive the proper notifications when you are eliminated or advance, so you must check your tournaments every day.

Once a team reaches 10 total members (Including Team Leader & Assistant Team Leader) that team will be closed off and members must choose one of the other two teams. This is to insure an even number of players for each team.  After each team is full then they will be reopened for other members to join.  We will still try to keep them even so you may be placed on a team at that time.
 
Here are the 3 teams that you can choose to play on.
 
TEAM #1: Team Leader - Xena  Co-Leader - Geer
 
TEAM #2: Team Leader - ~Nawty_Minx~  Co-Leader - Montecarloss
 
TEAM #3: Team Leader - Athena  Co-Leader - Molly

1) Games will start and end on Monday's around 9am EST US / 2pm UK time.
 
2) One game will be submitted for play each week with teams on a 3 week rotation.
 
3) Games will be chosen by Team members and should be no longer than 40 minutes.
 
4) Games with walkthroughs are not allowed.
 
5) Games found with glitches will be removed and replaced.
 
6) Scoring we be based on total number of players that played the game.  Example: If 25 players played then scoring will start at 25 down to 1.
 
7) If 1 or more players have the same score then they will receive the same points.
 
8) Even number of players for each team will be scored.  Example:  If 8 players played for one or two team and 7 for the other then the top 7 scores will be totaled up for each team.
